2.25 miles in 30 minutes on the treadmill

After almost 2 weeks away from the Gym (and any sort of physical exercise ) I went back to the Gym today; forcing myself to practice ahead of the 4 Mile race this Saturday in Central Park.

The time immediately after a race is when I need to regroup and work towards getting back to the Gym!

Ran for 30 minutes at a leisurely pace.

Hoping to run 2 more times this week before the race on Saturday.
