Had two very good runs at LSP on Thursday and Friday.
On Thursday, ran the entire length of the walkway from one end to the other and back - approximate distance 3+ miles - in 36 minutes with the following sequence of running and walking : 11 min run + 2 min walk + 11 min run + 2 min walk + 10 min run.
On Friday, ran the same distance in 36 minutes with the following sequence of running and walking : 12 min run + 2 min walk + 11 min run + 2 min walk + 4 min run + 1 min walk + 4 min run
Good preparation for the Windmill 5K in Holland, NJ on Sunday.
